It's Week 6 of the Quilted Witch SAL that is hosted by Fat Quarter Shop. This week we have two gorgeous star blocks to feature -- the Quilted Spell Star and Twilight Star blocks. These blocks perfectly show off the Riley Blake Designs fabrics I'm using: my Little Witch Fabric (shipping to shops April 2024), my Country Life Fabric (available NOW), and some accompanying RBD Basics. There are so many fun possibilities in these blocks to change color placement to get a completely different look to your stars. It'll be so fun to see everyone's versions of these blocks! Most of my blocks have been bright, but I made a few subtle tan stars to add interest and sparkle to the finished quilt.
My Quilted Witch needle minder keeps me company in my sewing room while I'm sewing this project! She's the most stylish stitchy witch! While needle minders are helpful for keeping your needle secure and easy-to-find while working on handwork projects, they also make the cutest display in your sewing space!
Here is a SNEAK PEEK of some of the adorable prints from my upcoming Little Witch Fabric Collection with Riley Blake Designs! The color palette is a a RICH, autumn palette with a lovely fairytale nod to Halloween, making this collection a whimsical way to sew all season long.
