Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sew A Story, we take great care in creating high-quality sewing, quilting, machine embroidery, and creative resources for your projects. Because many of our products include digital access, downloadable files, limited program spots, physical materials, or scheduled subscription content, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed or a payment has been processed.

This policy applies to:

  • Digital patterns, downloads, files, guides, videos, and online resources

  • Physical products, kits, printed materials, fabric, notions, and shipped items

  • Memberships, subscriptions, and recurring offers

  • Block of the Month programs, sew-alongs, quilt-alongs, and other scheduled programs

  • Courses, workshops, and event-based purchases

 


 

Memberships & Recurring Subscriptions

Memberships and recurring subscriptions may be canceled at any time to stop future renewals.

When you cancel your membership or subscription, you will continue to have access according to the terms of that specific offer until the end of your current paid billing period. No refunds will be issued for payments that have already been processed.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, please cancel before your renewal date.

 


 

Block of the Month Programs & Subscription Programs

Block of the Month programs, subscription programs, and other multi-part programs are a commitment for the full program term.

Once you join a BOM or subscription program, your payments will continue until the program is complete. We do not offer refunds or early cancellations for BOM programs or subscription programs before the full program term has ended.

After the original program term is complete, any renewal or ongoing subscription may be canceled at any time before the next renewal date.

 


 

Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital pattern, file, guide, video, course, and resource purchases are final.

If you have trouble accessing or downloading your files, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

 


 

Physical Products

All physical product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sewastory.com so we can review the issue and help find a solution.
